A first-class side and the grassroots programmes underneath it — because we rise by lifting others.

Gemcon Sports backs a first-class cricket side and, more importantly, the academies and school programmes that feed it. Sponsorship that arrives for one good season and leaves after a bad one is not sponsorship; it is advertising.

The commitment is measured in seasons, and it includes the unglamorous parts: grounds, nets, kit and coaching for age groups nobody televises.
