Gemcon Ltd is the contracting arm the rest of the group grew out of. It runs the programme, the budget and the supply chain on the largest works the group takes on, and offers the same discipline to clients outside it.
The team is deliberately small and senior. What it sells is judgement about sequence, cost and risk — the part of a project that decides whether the schedule survives contact with the site.
